Our fabric of this week is blue shweshwe fabric. Blue was one of two of the original colours that this South African print fabric was available in. There are now of course many colourful colourways that have been added to what is available.
This colourway consists of just two colours; blue and white. Nice and simple.
The beauty of shweshwe fabric and the way it is produced is that it lends itself so well to mixing and matching, especially in the same colourway. So whether you are dressmaking or quilting or working on some patchwork, you have so much room to let your imagination run wild.
Check out our current selection of blue shweshwe. Just click on the individual image to take you to the product page. We will continue to grow our selection of blues as we go along!
