Christie Brown AW16
A lot of people that sew love the colours and vibrancy of African print fabric but are often stumped as to how to use it. At stitching and craft shows, I often get asked for suggestions on what to make and how to use the fabric. One of my many suggestions is to mix it up! You don’t have to wear an outfit made entirely in print.
This is perfectly illustrated in Christie Brown’s Autumn Winter 2016 collection which is a mix of African prints, silk jacquards and woven textiles. You can mix your prints with block colours and contrast with different textures and types of fabric.
Check out the beautiful collection which even incorporates the Autumn Floral Print which we have right here!.
