Fabric of the Week: Green and Tomato Red Ankara Print
I like this print for its starkness and simplicity. I also love that the colours are deep. Immediately I saw it, I thought it was cool not just because some of the motifs were tomato red but that they were also actually…. TOMATOES!
Ankara bundles are produced in lengths of 12 Yards as standard. This is approximately 10.97 meters. In the markets though, it is more common to find them being sold as 6 Yards. This is the common practice in retail stalls. Those that sell in bulk or as wholesale tend to have the 12 Yards.
The Green and Tomato Red Ankara is made in Nigeria. We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. You can buy from any of the following options.
I think this fabric would be make a nice full circle skirt. What would you use this fabric to make?
