A completely one of a kind batik fabric from Nigeria. This African batik comes in a unique design which consists of ‘boxes’ that run down the entire length and width of the fabric.
Each box is approximately 12.5 inches (approximately 30 cm). You can get a better idea of the scale of the patterns from the last image shown above where it is photographed with a tape measure shown in inches.
The fabric is 50 inches in width and comes in a soft pink against a very dark blue background, that looks almost black. The fabric is 5 yards long which is approximately 4.5 metres..
