Shopping options for Our EU friends
As our EU friends would have noticed, orders from outside of the EU incur additional charges which you did not have to pay whilst the UK was still in the EU.
We have been researching all available options over the past year to reduce the impact and cost to yourselves. As a small business this has had a huge impact on us and we are disappointed our EU customers are faced with this cost.
As a temporary solution to reduce this impact, you have the option of purchasing from our Etsy store. We won’t bore you with the calculations but by shopping via an online marketplace like Etsy, you will not have to pay an administrative fee which we have to charge on our website for the time being. We are still working away in the background to make your shopping experience with us as simple and seamless as possible.
